Anne Campbell has been counseling individuals, entities, and families for over 25 years. She enjoys helping individuals and couples set up their estate plans to provide more certainty for their future and the future of their loved ones. Ms. Campbell is also a mediator. Her experience mediating and litigating with high conflict families makes her uniquely qualified to educate families through the estate planning and probate process.
Ms. Campbell has served as a Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children, a special master, respondent's counsel, and she has experience navigating situations involving individuals with complex mental health issues. Ms. Campbell's analytical skills have been in demand for complex legal matters including drafting civil appellate briefs. She also has extensive experience with contract law and commercial transactions. In addition to her doctorate in law, Ms. Campbell has a degree in communication where she studied: interpersonal, intercultural and group communication, argumentation and persuasion, and conflict studies. |
