Kelly B. Campbell

Kelly Campbell is a dedicated trial attorney who has been successfully trying a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, commercial disputes and real estate cases for over 25 years.  During this time, he has successfully handled over 400 cases, recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients.  In addition to his doctorate in law, Mr. Campbell has degrees in economics and political science which often give him unique insight into the complexities of the legal dispute resolution process.​
Mr. Campbell has conducted bench and jury trials in many District Courts in Colorado. He has appeared before the United States District Court for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.  Mr. Campbell has appeared in appellate matters before both the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court.
